Why Brau recipe

Brewed 9/29/1987, Bottled 11/12/1987, Size 10 Gallons
Ingredients:
- 6 lb crystal malt (ground, removed at boil and sparged)
- 10 lb premium quality Brewmaster unhopped light extract
- 4.5 oz cascade leaf hops
- 3.5 oz cascade pellet hops
- 2 tbsp gypsum
- 2 packs unknown yeast
- 1 cup corn sugar at bottling time
Specific Gravity Readings, 2 carboys:
- OG1 1.030 @ 96 deg F
- OG2 1.035 @ 92 deg F
- FG1 1.013 @ 70 deg F
- FG2 1.014 @ 70 deg F
Comments: Tasty, aged nicely.
