Pooh Beer recipe

Brewed 11/9/1986, Bottled 11/19/1986, Size 10 Gallons
Ingredients:
- 7.5 lbs light dry malt extract
- 6 lbs light clover honey
- 3 oz saaz hops (boil)
- 3 tbsp gypsum
- 1 pinch irish moss
- 1 oz saaz hops (finish)
- 2 packs Muntona yeast (failed to start)
- 2 packs Leigh Williams yeast (started ok)
- 0.66 cup light dry malt extract (bottling)
- 1.75 cup corn sugar (bottling)
Specific Gravity Readings, 2 carboys:
- OG1: 1.021 @ 75 deg F
- OG2: 1.036 @ 80 deg F
- FG1: 1.008 @ 70 deg F
- FG2: 1.008 @ 70 deg F
