Hop Brau recipe

Brewed 3/31/1985, Bottled 4/?/1985, Size 5 Gallons
Ingredients:
- 3 lb crystal malt (modified mash technique)
- 0.5 lb flaked barley
- 1 can Laglander light lager
- 1 oz northern brewer hops (boil)
- 0.5 oz saaz hops (boil)
- 1 pinch irish moss
- 1 oz cascade hops (finish)
- 0.5 oz saaz hops (finish)
- 2 packs Muntona yeast
- 3/4 cup corn sugar at bottling time
Specific Gravity Readings, 1 carboy:
- OG 1.023 @ 75 deg F
- FG 1.020 @ 70 deg F
Comments: Tasty stuff, very bitter.
