Brewed 8/29/1986, Bottled 9/4/1986, Size 10 Gallons
Ingredients:
- 6 lb crystal malt (modified mash technique)
- 3.6 kg John Bull master class lager extract
- 3.5 oz cascade leaf hops (via D&D Dunn) (boil)
- 2 tbsp Gypsum
- 2 pkg Wort Fining (white powder?)
- 3.5 oz cascade leaf hops (via D&D Dunn) (finish)
- 1 cup corn sugar (bottling)
Specific Gravity Readings, 2 carboys:
- OG1 1.024 @ 104 deg F
- OG2 1.027 @ 104 deg F
- FG1 1.015 @ 70 deg F
- FG2 1.014 @ 74 deg F
Comments: Somewhat on the flat side, but tasty.
