Ausome Lager recipe

Brewed 12/9/1987, Bottled 1/1/1988, Size 10 Gallons

Ingredients:

8 lbs Australian light dry malt extract
7 lbs honey
3 oz cascade leaf hops (boil)
3 tbsp gypsum
2 packs lager yeast
1.5 cups corn sugar (bottle)

Specific Gravity Readings, 2 carboys:

OG1: 1.026 @ 94 deg F
OG2: 1.038 @ 92 deg F
FG1: 1.010 @ 66 deg F
FG2: 1.010 @ 66 deg F

Comments: Good, unusual aftertaste
