Ausome Lager recipe

Brewed 12/9/1987, Bottled 1/1/1988, Size 10 Gallons
Ingredients:
- 8 lbs Australian light dry malt extract
- 7 lbs honey
- 3 oz cascade leaf hops (boil)
- 3 tbsp gypsum
- 2 packs lager yeast
- 1.5 cups corn sugar (bottle)
Specific Gravity Readings, 2 carboys:
- OG1: 1.026 @ 94 deg F
- OG2: 1.038 @ 92 deg F
- FG1: 1.010 @ 66 deg F
- FG2: 1.010 @ 66 deg F
Comments: Good, unusual aftertaste
